Please join us for our annual Women Instructors Seminar, featuring:

The seminar will take place Saturday at Providence Aikikai, and Sunday at Framingham Aikikai

For many years before the pandemic we held an annual Women Instructors seminar.  The first one was 2005. The time has come to start up again!

So, we would like to invite you to our Women Instructors Seminar.

Taking place on:

  • January 21 (at Providence Aikikai) — 12-5pm

  • and January 22 (at Framingham Aikikai) — 11-2pm

With instructors:

  • Barbara Britton, 7th dan

  • Claire Keller, 6th dan

  • Fiona Blyth, 5th dan.

    Note that the seminar will be appropriate for beginners.

Aikido Tests + After Party

This Saturday, November 4, we will hold children's and adult's tests, and have an after party to celebrate. There will be a revised schedule that day to accomodate testing:

10:00am: Kid's class and tests.

11:15am: Adult's pre-test class.

12:15pm: Adult tests

1pm (or when tests end): After party.

We encourage everyone to attend class and tests, as well as the after party - regardless of whether you are testing or not. Please come support your fellow students! Thank you.

Chris and Josh are both long-time students of David Halprin Shihan, and Barbara Britton Shihan, and we are very pleased to have them here with us. Dinner and drinks afterwards.
